My name is Preet Pawar, and as a mortgage consultant, I am specialized in helping my clients realize their dream of owning a property.

My career

My professional journey in banking began after completing my Abitur in Germany, where I graduated as a Banking professional. I then worked several years in a bank before moving to the biggest homeloan broker in Germany to specialize in real estate financing.
My Indian roots and upbringing in India until the age of ten, followed by my relocation to Germany, have given me a deep understanding of the needs of expats. I have helped many expats achieve their financial goals, providing comprehensive support in financial matters.

From a young age, I began investing in real estate in Germany and built up my own property portfolio. At just an age of 24 years, I realized the milestone of building my own house, underscoring my passion and knowledge in the real estate sector.

I adopt an approach that goes above and beyond the usual – I go the extra mile for my clients and offer a service akin to that of private banking. My goal is to provide each client with tailored and comprehensive advice suited to their individual needs.

As a multilingual expert, I am fluent in German, English, Hindi, and Punjabi. These language skills enable me to cater to and effectively support a diverse clientele.
