Hey there, I'm Phil Leuci, just 22 years old. My grandparents made the move from Pondicherry, India, to Germany back in '69. They never been able to pursue their financial goals in regards to properties here because they didn't have a reliable advisor.
After completing my education, I spent nine months in Chennai, working with a non-governmental organization. This experience helped me to get closer to my background & indian culture.
Now, I'm on a mission to bridge the gap my grandparents encountered. I aspire to be the dependable and reliable financial advisor for the growing Indian community in Germany. My goal is to help today's Indian expatriates navigate the complexities of properties, realize their dreams, and secure a future in Germany.
My experience
After completing my secondary education at a Gymnasium in Southern Lower Saxony in June 2019, I spent several months abroad in India, broadening my perspective and adaptability.
From September 2020 to June 2022, I trained as a Financial and Mortgage Advisor at Swiss Life Select, earning my IHK accreditation.
Since July 2022, I have been focusing on financial consulting for expats, helping them navigate the complexities of the German banking system with personalized solutions. My goal is to make home financing clear and accessible for international clients.
