Neha Dhingra
I have been fascinated by people from an early age, by what motivates them and how they work best together. While completing my master's in psychology, and after gaining early recruiting experience with a headhunter, I joined Finance for Expats as a Recruiter. My focus is on team fit, guiding candidates from first contact to signed contract with the same care our expat clients receive.
About me
I’m currently doing my master’s in psychology, and I bring a mix of curiosity and cultural understanding to my work with our expat community due to my German-Indian roots. Outside of my studies, you’ll usually find me at a pilates or yoga class, or planning my next trip somewhere new. I’m a people person at heart, open-minded, communicative, and always happy to connect with folks from all walks of life.
My experience
As a Recruiter at Finance for Expats, I look for the right candidates for our team, with a strong focus on team fit. I guide candidates through the entire process from first contact all the way to the signed contract. What matters most to me is that our expats receive expert guidance and feel comfortable every step of the way.
I already worked for a headhunter during my psychology bachelor's degree, which allowed me to connect my theoretical knowledge with practical experience early on something that still helps me bring people and processes together effectively today.
