- Market value assessment: We offer an optional market value assessment to give you an estimate of the property's sale price. This way you can be sure that your investment is justified.
- Why is the consultation important? When buying a property, there is usually no warranty from the seller for defects discovered later. You buy the property "as seen". A thorough pre-purchase inspection is therefore essential to avoid unpleasant surprises and additional costs later on.

Fixed price of 499€ incl. 19% VAT
Conditions:
Our all-inclusive prices refer exclusively to standard residential properties (flats/ semi-detached houses, detached/two-family houses) with a total living space of max. 160 m². The total time required by the building surveyor for the site visit, including travelling to and from the site, is a maximum of 2 hours. Our all-inclusive prices include the travelling expenses of the building surveyor within a radius of 10 km from the surveyor's office as well as a 5% flat rate for incidental expenses.
You can contact Bauexperts for an individual price if your property is not matching with standard conditions for the fixed price of 499€ (Incl. 19% VAT)
Additional and special services
Our services have a modular structure and can be customised to your individual needs. As a result, you receive an overall package that offers you an optimum price-performance ratio and a high level of cost certainty.
Additional or special services must be ordered separately and are charged according to actual expenditure or at a flat rate as follows:
